Global SITREP A7-24: The War in the North Part II

12 April 2024: The cyber-sky is full of media and supposed insider flak at present regarding the who, what, when and how the Twelver Regime might attempt to strike in retaliation for Israel's strike on the IRGC-QF headquarters destruction of eleven days ago. And this doesn't even account for a highly probable Israeli response, a potential American retaliation against Iran and the massive amount of international hand-wringing over the entire possible if not probable rumors of war scenarios. 

Most of the guesswork in the MSM citing anonymous official sources has, obviously, missed the mark thus far, they predicted before then end of Ramadan. The Wall Street Journal, citing a source claiming to have been briefed by the Twelver Regime itself, is the latest to put forward a timeline: within 24-48 hours of daybreak today.

Eschatology Today's current assessment of the entire gamut of known unknowns is what will be, will be. However, a direct mass attack into Israel by any or all of Iran's proxies, including Iran itself, could easily result in a massive Israeli strike against the Twelver Regime inside of Iran, as well as in Lebanon and Syria. Might this be a pending fulfillment of Jeremiah 49:24-27 and 34-39, followed closely by Isaiah 17, Joshua 13:1-7  and ultimately the final act of Psalm 83? We're about to find out the details of these prophetic appointment of the Lord.

Iranian Consulate After the IAF Strikes on 1 April 2024

UPDATED 1 April 2024: It has taken several hours to piece together what occurred in Damascus around 5 PM Israel time today. As can be seen in the image above Israeli F-35I Adir strike aircraft have given a preview of what Damascus itself will look like in the near future according to Isaiah 17 - "a ruinous heap."

According to the preponderance of media sources a pair if IAF F-35I Adir's struck the complex of buildings surrounding the Iranian Embassy in Damascus. Specifically, the consular annex and the Iranian Ambassadors residence were leveled. Multiple fatalities, reportedly numbering 7 individuals, resulted from the strike, chief among them was Brigadier General Mohammed Reza Zahedi, a senior official of the IRGC-Quds Force, his deputy, Brigadier General Mohammed Hajrahimi and Hussain Amir Allah the IRGC Chief of Staff in Syria and Lebanon. The precision airstrike was directed at what the Iranian's believed was a clandestine meeting between the IRGC-QF and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) chiefs. The assessed death toll indicates that other terrorist leaders may have also been in attendance, as well as at least two other Iranian officers. Iran's foreign ministry immediately responded that their response to Israel will be "harsh." 

This strike is indicative that the IDF's directive of last week to expand the war northward has gone into its first phase of execution. It is crystal clear that this was a decapitation strike directed against Iran's senior commanders; it's what a military force would be expected to do at the commencement of major hostilities. Israeli strike aircraft were robustly striking Hezbollah targets in Lebanon and HAMAS, PIJ targets in Gaza. In all of this the IDF has maintained is customary silence with most of the media reporting being attributed to "Israeli officials" leaking data to the New York Times that Israel was responsible for the strikes. Arab media also carried similar reports. The aspect of the strike being a pair of F-35I Adirs may be assessed to Syrian air defenses inability to target for intercept these stealth aircraft in any meaningful manner.

According to Israeli and Western intelligence sources the Iranian Embassy in Damascus, its co-located consulate and annex building were the grand central station of thee IRGC-QF, weapons transfers to Hezbollah, HAMAS, PIJ and even into Judea and Samaria prior to October 7 and to the present. Some will recall that in the past five months Eschatology Today revealed that the Iranian Twelvers stated they were withdrawing all of the senior military "advisors" from Syria following Israel's assassination of Major General Razi Mousavi on Christmas Day 2023, and the strike in Damascus on 20 January 2024 which killed five high-ranking IRGC-QF officers, including a pair of deputy intelligence officers, Sadegh Omidzadeh and Hajj Gholam. The one thing Iran is more prolific in other than terrorism and outright warfare against Israel is lying through their Twelver teeth.

Yesterday morning well-known IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari announced that the IRGC-QF was responsible for the drone attack on the Israeli naval base in Eilat which was launched from Iraq and overflew Jordan's airspace. Iraqi and Jordanian proxy terrorists in the service of the IRGC-QF are part of an anticipated "harsh" Iranian response in the coming days. The Hezbollah Brigades, a/k/a Kata'ib Hezbollah, of Iraq are promising the introduction of 12,000 Jordanians to attack into Israel. Relations between Israel and Jordan have soured considerably since October 7, 2023.

Finally, Iran is reported to have directed its overseas IRGC-QF operatives (terrorist sleeper cells) to strike Israel's diplomatic compounds in the Middle East, Europe and especially in the United States. Ayatollah Khamenei has promised a bloodbath and said that Iran holds the United States specifically responsible as Israel's military and financial enabler. This is where the Biden Administration's open border policy in the southwestern states could turn into a disaster in an election year. Any sleeper cell terrorists who wanted to get in have probably been in the US for many, many months. Some government agencies have been issuing warnings in this vein of late.

Global SITREP A4-24: The Parah Adumah (Red Heifer), Numbers 19 and October 7, 2023

 

2 March 2024: In approximately, or within the next 50 days time, the Numbers 19:1-10 ordinance (statue) given to Moses and Aaron by God will be carried out on a newly constructed platform on the western side of the Mount of Olives. This day is has been reported since last year to be just prior to the 2024 observance of Passover on 22 April. 

The Numbers 19 ordinance is news to no one who has read Eschatology Today or any truly Christian publication in recent months. This blog has brought the subject forward several times since 2015 when the Parah Adumah (Red Heifer) was first mentioned here. 

Simply put, without the priestly sacrifice and burning and mixing with water of the ashes of the red heifer there can be no cleansed person, rabbi or priest to rabbi fully ascend Mount Moriah to the place where the second temple stood and the third temple will soon be standing. 

To the truly observant Jew this event without question marks what they believe is the start of the "Messianic Era." But that is not the half of it, as the other half is how the adherents of Islam regard the mere presence of red heifers (there are now four highly protected red angus red heifers in Israel) in Israel. To them the cows are a casus belli, or cause for war. 

When the Muslim enemies of Israel cry out to their brethren to "defend Al Quds" (Jerusalem) and Al-Aqsa, what they mean is the temple mount, its mosques and the Dome of the Rock because the Numbers 19:1-10 unblemished red heifer ordinance indicates to them that the Jews intend to wipe their places from where they stand on the mount and erect in their place a new temple and its outer court. They will do anything and everything to prevent this from taking place.

It is a fact that this is true. 100 days after the October 7 massacre the spokesman for HAMAS' Al-Qassam Brigades issued a televised proclamation reminding all Muslim faithful the reasons for why they started the war against Israel on October 7. Here are excerpts from the English translation of Abu Obeida's proclamation for those who do not wish to click on the embedded Palestine Chronicle link above.

"We look back 100 days to remember the educated, the complicit, and the incapacitated among the world powers governed by the law of the jungle, reminding them of an aggression that reached its peak against our path (Al-Quds) and Al-Aqsa, with the start of its actual temporal and spatial division, and the “bringing of red cows as an application of a detestable religious myth designed for aggression against the feelings of an entire nation in the heart of its Arab identity, and the path of its prophet (the Night Journey) and Ascension to heaven...

As we have been informed by various sources in the resistance fronts that they are seeking to expand their strikes against the enemy in the coming days in light of the continued aggression on Gaza, we will not tire or falter in calling all the free people of the nation to rise to support their Aqsa and the path of their prophet, which the criminal Zionists are practically advancing towards destroying and establishing their temple. This is what we have chosen with our blood in Gaza for 100 days and for which the epic of October 7th was about." 

Talk about Indications and Warnings (I&W), as if another flash point for the ongoing war was necessary, make no mistake the Islamists have had the purpose for the red cows foremost in their minds for a very long time. They follow Jewish media very closely and this particular subject is for them the mother of all hut buttons. The events of October 7 and everything since then is proof of  this war which they view in the terms of jihad or martyrdom (holy war or death).

Global SITREP A3-24: Gaza Endgame

GAZA ENDGAME

FINAL UPDATE 29 February 2024:  The final update to this SITREP is to correlate the 19 February SITREP A3-24 initial entry and the comment made five days ago (24 February) at 5:17 AM. 

The combination of these two stand as a significant development concerning Psalm 83:2-4 where the so-called "inner ring" of Israel's enemies have been called together to consult together against the people of Israel in the capital city of the Ezekiel 38-39 nation known as Magog. 

The consultation of Israel's enemies is now in progress in Moscow having commenced this morning, 29 February 2024. This coincides with the IDF ultimatum for the terrorists to surrender all of the remaining hostages, or their deceased bodies, within ten days time, that is, no later than 10 March 2024, or a full-scale IDF incursion into Rafah will be executed. The military goal of the Rafah operation is to locate and liberate those "sheltered ones" (hostages) and eradicate the remaining four brigades of HAMAS and its allied terrorist forces. 

Sundown on 10 March also marks the start of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. As the remnants of the terrorists who had no regard whatsoever and began their slaughter and capture of Israeli women and children on Simchat Torah, so too are there calls for the IDF to show no restraint anywhere in Gaza, or Lebanon for that matter, during Ramadan. 

On Tuesday, 27 February Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant went public with the intelligence and resulting situational assessment of the terrorists plan to turn the month of Ramadan, with emphasis on the Temple Mount and Jerusalem, into phase two of their war plan against Israel that began on October 7, with amplification of this plan being provided by Iran and Hezbollah. 

Again, be wary of disinformation being disseminated in all media with global reach; deceit and deception are running rampant as we can all see these days.

26 February 2024: Eschatology Today assesses that a significant series of actions took place earlier today (afternoon in Israel) in the airspace over Lebanon and on the ground in the Hezbollah-heavy Bekaa Valley. Hezbollah used a surface-to-air missile (SAM) to shoot down an IDF reconnaissance drone (Hermes 450 image above). 

The initial action in the morning was the detection of an unidentified type of aircraft entering Israeli airspace in the Galilee region. A David's Sling interceptor shot the intruder aircraft out of the sky with parts of the wreckage landing near a synagogue in the town of Alon Tavor (between Afula and Kfar Tavor). Alon Tavor is the site of a three-generator 600 megawatt power generating station serving northern Israel and adjacent metal industrial plant. These are obvious high value co-located targets for Hezbollah.

This was followed by the IDF's Hermes-450 UAV conducting its surveillance mission over Lebanon and its subsequent shoot-down by a Hezbollah SAM. The Hermes 450 wreckage came down on Lebanese territory. Immediately thereafter IAF strike aircraft were launched and began systematically attacking Hezbollah's Aerial Defense Array in northern Lebanon's Bekaa (Beqaa) Valley seen in the map above. 

The assessed significance of the Bekaa Valley airstrikes is that they recall to memory the IDF's June 1982 "Operation: Peace for the Galilee" of forty-two years ago. Most folks born in 1982 or afterwards almost certainly have little, if any, knowledge of this cross-border war and the loss of life which ensued. The "Peace for Galilee" operation was executed to remove the threat of cross-border bombardment from southern Lebanon on Israel's border communities. Sound familiar? 

This time it's not the PLO bombarding northern Israeli towns from southern Lebanon, but Iran's primary and very heavily-armed proxy Hezbollah. As the IAF (F-15I Ra'am and F-16 Sufa with Cobra and Defender attack helicopters) took control of Lebanese skies IDF ground forces invaded along three south-to-north access routes destroying all enemy bases and logistics in their path. And this time it's not Syrian SAM sites defend the Bekaa, but Hezbollah's Iranian-supplied SAMs, which some say may now eclipse the Syrian SAM systems which constituted the deadliest SAM environment on planet earth at that time, even more so than in Russia itself! 

Syrian and possibly even Russian air defense sites in Syria could tango with the IAF during this coming engagement. It can be expected that the Israel Defense Forces have fine-tuned the coming engagement so as to methodically degrade and ultimately decimate the enemy before them, probably to the Litani River and beyond if not all the way to the Bekaa Valley.

19 February 2024: SITREP A3-24 Gaza Endgame is intended to be a gap-filler for the next 20 days or so. March 10 is according to Israeli military command is the deadline upon which HAMAS and its associate terrorist organizations must unilaterally release all hostages (dead or alive) or face the IDF entering Rafah in full force. During this 20-day or so interim we'll attempt to capture important developments as Israel stands against the world in denial of the creation or recognition of a "Palestinian state" within its borders, and the threat of war with Hezbollah and/or enemies based in Syria. 

Global SITREP A2-24: The Point of No Return

UPDATE 09 February 2024: This update to SITREP 02-24 is likely the final to be posted; SITREP 03-24 appears to be on a fast track.

Multiple U.S. retaliation strikes for the deadly Tower 22 Jordan attack by IRGC-QF and its proxies have not made any difference with respect to deterrence of further attacks. There have been a minimum three UAV strikes on US bases within the past 36 hours which primarily targeted US and Coalition troops quarters. Making no mistake and no nuances, we are by and definition at war with Iran and its IRGC-QF external terrorist apparatus in Iraq and Syria.

From now on there will be no distinction made between the IRGC-QF and its various proxy forces - they're all IRGC-QF. The recent retaliatory strikes the US conducted against the IRGC-QF in the Dier Ez-Zor region, including at least two B1B Lancer intercontinental bomber strikes, did serious damage to their logistics. However, as damaging as they were even those strikes did not destroy the entire IRGC-QF armory. The weaponry that was not destroyed has been relocated to fortifications belonging to Hezbollah along the Syria-Lebanon border. This makes the IRGC-QF also inclusive of Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria. Apparently the Iranian enemy assesses that the U.S. Biden Administration will not strike their facilities embedded along the Lebanon-Syria border. That may be true, but it will not be an issue for the Israeli Air Force.

Israel's conquest of Gaza, and bold attempt to eradicate HAMAs, PIJ and other terrorists continues apace. Israel's war cabinet has requested the IDF provide a detailed plan for the evacuation of all civilians from Rafah and the way forward to eliminating the remaining minimum of four "battalions" which are assessed to have survived to date.

In the north Major General Ori Gordin, Commander Northern Command, met today with all leaders of the regional councils evacuated along that entire border. Aside of coordination with the civilian leadership, MG Gordin made clear to those leaders the ongoing cross-border conflict will shortly expand into offensive operations in Lebanon to drive Hezbollah, et all, further north to beyond the Litani River. This operation's intent is to prepare for Israeli citizens to safely return to the homes they have evacuated. I think we all can see where this is going.

30 January 2024: Eschatology Today has long interpreted Israel's current war as one which would eclipse all previous wars the country has fought from 1948-1973 combined. That mark has clearly been achieved even without total war with Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iranian proxy forces in Syria frontier having erupted. (All indications from Israel are that an IDF Lebanon operation is very, very close, by the way.)

The Middle East is now at a point of no return to what it was on October 6, 2023. Those days are over, gone forever. The U.S. government is comparing the current situation to the fall of 1973 when the very real possibility of a super power nuclear conflict was at the forefront. Even harkening to the early days of June 1967 when Israel's armed forces were in dire straits and consideration of the Sampson Option was presented to then PM Golda Meir. 

We have no doubt that God intervened in both of those very close calls; then was obviously not the appointed time, but many of us remember those days in terms of what Hal Lindsey had written in his global bestseller The Late, Great Planet Earth. The straight fact is, we're up against that threshold once again with staggering prophetic implications written about here since 2009. There's a flood coming.
